I doubt that Crux get any money from them It's interesting the fact to be able to edit models.txt in the options. Unfortunally a newbie as me would still fail to unlock one's mobile phone, as the SNBox is not correlated to phone version. For my Nokia 3100, the unlocker defaults phone type to asic2 and GEN to 33552. I assume it used to be true but on recent versions like v6.11 it doesn't work anymore, GEN 32835 would be better. The answer to your question has been given many,many,many,many times on this forum. N70 is BB5 type phone, not DCT 4, so you are in the wrong place. I see that you found the BB5 area as well - in case you did not understand the replies to your question I can try to explain: 1. Nobody on this forum can help you. Some say the N73 is BB5, some say DCT4 etc. Can you recommend a reliable free resource for learning & testing tools (cheaper the better), i have worked with phones for 2years and wish to learn more. Some offer solutions via Email. The LG phone i am trying, has V10b Feb 06. However the only firmware i can find is 'v10b Jan 05' etc etc. I have located 1 version for v11, but am unsure of the legitimacy. I hope to 'fix' my 8800 (which has probably been blocked now.) due to 4 incorrect generator attempts. (cheapest cables that are compatible with high amount of other models????) Some sites say Nokia 8800 is DCT4 & some say BB5. Can phones belong to both groups? What software is best for these models LG + Nokia. Thank you for your time!!!
