Mymoney 3 Serial
Hello, i have bought the boxed version of WinDVD Pro 11. But it is not possible to start install.exe on Windows7 Professional 64 bit. PC has intel CPU with 6 cores and 16GB RAM, it should be sufficiant. There is a window 'corel loading' for a few seconds, then it disappears. Then it reappears again, disappears etc for ever. It seems to be impossible to install WinDVD from this CD. There are all firewalls and virus scanners switched off or not installed, PC does not have any network connections.
I have started install.exe as administrator. Running it in XP emulator install is starting, but not finishing because it is not an administrator.
But i do not want it install in the XP emulator, i have just tried to see what is happining there. I had downloaded the trial version before and it worked.
Now i have deinstalled the trial version (following the description here, but there are no entries in regedit at directory 'installer' to remove) and nothing is possible - but i have paid money for the boxed version at a store. Is it possible to use the downloaded software with the serial number of my boxed version? Or must i search for a cracked version to have a software running i have paid for???
It will be very difficult to get my money back from the store because i have opened the seals to get the CD, before it was impossible to notice that it is not running. Hello, oh s. Now it is also impossible to install the trial version again, there are just ca.
10 days of 30 used (first install was ca. 10 days ago). So it is impossible to install from CD or the download version. In both cases i get a message 'install.xml missing'. If it is part of WinDVD, how can this file disappear?
Boxed version is on CD-ROM, download version is just one big file. If it is part of windows 7, it has been removed accidently by deinstalling the trial version (i have made it exactly as in description, only directory 'installer' in regedit was empty). How can i restore install.xml without installing windows 7 completely? Installing other software is possible, just WinDVD not. Restoring an old windows configuration about 1 week ago does not change anything. Hello, i have done it already before i tried to install from CD. But the directory Computer HKEYLOCALMACHINE SOFTWARE Wow6432Node Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Installer UserData S-1-5-18 Products in regedit does not exist, so i cannot remove anything from it. 'Installer' has no subdirectories, no 'UserData'. And still install is not possible.
I tried to find a file 'Setup.xml', but i cannot find it on C:, not on WinDVD-CD and not in old installed files from trial version (it reappeared as i did the windows restoration, file are there, but Trial of WinDVD is not running any more. Why does the WinDVD software not have an uninstall program that removes all data, so a new installation is possible? Now my windows has possibly be damaged but analyzing says all is OK, nothing missing (where is 'Setup.xml'?). If i get no support from corel, i will search for a cracked version, perhaps this is running because of removed copy protection. I have paid for the software, now i want to use it. On CD there is a file 'Setup.xml', but why do i have the message 'Setup.xml missing or damaged'?
It cannot be changed (it is a CD-ROM!). I have tried it in CD drive D: and E: with same result. How can this file be damaged? I can open it with browser but i cannot say if content is error free. How can it be missing? Setup.exe should search it in the same directory where setup.exe is.
What mechanism is blocking windows from starting installation? I think, it has to do with copy protection to prevent trial version from running after 30 days have expired. I think i will never buy such software again. Hello Andy, Serial Number for boxed copy will not activate the trial or download version any Corel Program. About the error message that you are getting.
If you are getting the 'Setup.xml' error it can be a damaged installer. There are a number of reasons why a files gets damaged but the best solution that you can take is either request a replacement. If you bough the program from Corel, I suggest that you contact Corel Sales Team and they'll be able to replace the disc. You can also visit for additional reference. Hello, nothing helps!
Support says i should delete directories and registry entries named 'corel', but i have already removed all of it. But WinAudit finds already a installed WinDVD, but i cannot find any directory, file or registry entry according to corel.

Now my sound of windows has been damaged, a new installation of driver does not enable sound again. Now i have to reinstall the complete windows installation. It seems that the WinDVD trial version has a rootkit or something like a virus! Do not install - never ever!
- the trial version! Your Windows installation may be damaged! I have lost much more working time than the price of WinDVD. I will try to sell my box on ebay and will use VLC instead. VLC plays DVDs, DVD-directories and all video files including HD video files.
Only Blurays itself are not playing. This is much more functionality than WinDVD and it is for free! Better explorer offline installer windows 10. I will never buy again a corel product! Hello, yes, i had also an old intervideo WinDVD. But i have deinstalled it also before trying to install the new WinDVD. Now i have meda a complete new instalation of Windows 7, sound is back.
But now i need about 2-3 days to install all software again and activate some of them (perhaps you know Magix Pro X4, it works fine but you have to activate the software itself and all codecs individually, it takes a lot of time). I have to test if sound, USB etc. Works with all installed software, i have to configure windows 7 completely again. If it is possible to mirror the whole harddisc C: i will try to install the boxed WinDVD again, if it fails, i can restore the old configuration. If i cannot find a possibility to restore C: totally to the old condition, i will not try to install the boxed WinDVD, it is too dangerous. The trial version is deleted and i will never try again a trial version from corel, it seems to be malware.

I have lost ca. 50-100 hours of work time for trying to install WinDVD including performing all instructions of the 'support' and for new installing of my complete PC starting with windows itself. I am happy to have a good data backup on two independent USB-harddiscs, so no self developed data are lost. I have two harddiscs on PC, C: and D:, C: is only for softwareinstallations and D: is for data. C: was totally damaged so at first i can't install windows itself, i had to delete all partitions and to partition this disc new. Again, i will never buy a corel product in the future!
